Return Policy

• Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
• We only accept defected items from us
• Error orders according to the incorrect sizes or colors
• All returned items must be in original package, unused, and unwashed.
• The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for a refund, including associated shipping costs.
• In return, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Refund Policy

We do not accept refunds. No refunds will be provided unless there is an error in the order or the item is defective, as specified in our return and exchange conditions.

Warranty Policy

• Our warranty policy covers products received as described all above
• Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment in its original package, unused and unwashed
• Any items returned to us that do not meet our returns criteria, will be sent back to you.
• If the customers try to fix up the product themselves, the warranty will be automatically lost

1. Copy of the original receipt or order number : please send us a clear copy of the original receipt as a proof of purchase
2. Picture of the proposed manufacturing defect : In order to asses the issue accurately, please provide a picture clearly depicting the alleged manufacturing defect.

These requirements are necessary to facilitate the warranty process efficiently. Once we receive the requested information, we will proceed with evaluating your claim and proving further assistance accordingly.
