Shipping and Delivery Information

For any other countries you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you as we have no control over these charges. 

Shipping Policy

At MEGA THAI BOXING, we value every customer and prioritize each  purchase. Our aim is to ensure that your purchase are delivered to you promptly and efficiently.

International Shipping 

At checkout, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Customers are accountable for any extra import duties or taxes levied by local customs authorities. In stock products will be shipped within 2-3 days from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand via DHL Express.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT.

Pre-ordering Policy

If you place an order with a pre-ordered product, your entire order will ship separately. We will ship in-stock products first and when the pre-ordered items is available, the items are typically shipped within 3-5 weeks.

Order Tracking 

All of our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you place an order with a pre-ordered product, your entire order will ship separately once the pre-ordered items is available. The items are typically shipped within 3-5 weeks.

For Wholesales Shipment

The orders in B2B are generally shipped estimably within 8-12 weeks. We have our trusted partner with the shipment in a large quantity. The shipping cost will be addressed in your attached invoice in email.

 

Remarks* Shipping fee is automatically calculated on the country residence according to DHL Express and ThaiPost ePacket prices. We are not liable for packages that are damaged or undelivered due to attempted deliveries where the customer fails to receive the package, or for issues arising from the courier’s actions. Additionally, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
